(2) L-(-)-Malic Acid is the raw materials for medicines, cosmetics, dental lotions, metal cleaners, buffers, coagulants for textile industry, industrial
deodorants and fluorescent whiteners.

(3) L-(-)-Malic Acid is used as flavor enhancer, flavor agent, auxiliary drug and pH control agent.
